C. considérant que la Roumanie a introduit la demande EGF/2012/010 RO/Mechel d'intervention du Fonds à la suite de 1 513 licenciements: 1 441 durant et après la période de référence chez Mechel Câmpia Turzii et 72 chez Mechel Reparatii Targoviste, 1 000 travailleurs étant visés par les mesures cofinancées par le Fonds, au cours de la période de référence allant du 20 juin 2012 au 20 octobre 2012;
