And those of you who have been to a seminar or to a tutorial within institutions in this country will know that the international element can be invaluable in terms of what those students bring to the discussion that happens in those fora (1605) Those are our three recommendations, Mr. Chair, for what we describe as the enhancement of graduate education for Canadian students and for international students in Canada.
