In particular, it is noted that (i) it was the Danish State that decided whether part or all of the advertising revenue was to be transferred to the TV2 Fund and to TV2; (ii) in 1995 and 1996 TV2 did not receive all the advertising revenue; and (iii) the advertising revenue that was not transferred accumulated in the TV2 Fund, where it was, in practice, merged with the licence fees.
