From that moment the management company may also begin distributing the units of the unit trusts/common funds and of the investment companies subject to this Directive which it manages, unless the competent authorities of the host Member State establish, in a reasoned decision taken before the expiry of that period of two months - to be communicated to the competent authorities of the home Member State - that the arrangements made for the marketing of the units do not comply with the provisions referred to in Article 44(1) and Article 45.
À partir de ce moment, la société de gestion peut aussi commencer à distribuer les parts des fonds communs de placement et des sociétés d'investissement relevant de la présente directive dont elle assure la gestion, à moins que les autorités compétentes de l'État membre d'accueil constatent, par décision motivée prise avant l'expiration du délai de deux mois - à communiquer aux autorités compétentes de l'État membre d'origine -, que les modalités prévues pour la commercialisation des parts ne sont pas conformes aux dispositions visées à l'article 44, paragraphe 1, et à l'article 45.
