3. In order to achieve the objective referred to in paragraph 1, the Union shall aim to support the Libyan state institutions in rehabilitating unsecured ammunition storage facilities which were damaged during the conflict, and ensuring sound physical security and stockpile management of the arsenals.
3. Afin d'atteindre l'objectif visé au paragraphe 1, l'Union a pour but d'aider les institutions publiques libyennes à réhabiliter les installations de stockage de munitions non sécurisées qui ont été endommagées pendant le conflit et à assurer une bonne sécurité physique et une gestion rigoureuse des stocks qui se trouvent dans les arsenaux.
