It consists of five parts as the House well knows. First, public sector compensation; second, reductions in the Canada assistance plan and the public utility income tax transfers; third, the reduction in transportation subsidies; fourth, CBC borrowing authority; and fifth, the item that is being well aired and vented in this assembly, unemployment insurance and the actions taken thereon.
La première porte sur la rémunération du secteur public; la deuxième, sur les réductions dans le Régime d'assistance publique du Canada et le transfert de l'impôt sur le revenu des entreprises d'utilité publique; la troisième, sur la baisse des subventions au transport; la quatrième, sur le pouvoir d'emprunt de la Société Radio-Canada; enfin, la cinquième, qui a été discutée à fond à la Chambre, sur l'assurance-chômage et les mesures prises en ce domaine.
