The Commission has approved an operation by which a new Joint Venture called McDermott-ETPM Far East is created. This Joint Venture will be active in fabrication and installation services relating to the oil and gas industry, petrochemical facilities and other industrial projects in the Far East Zone as described in the 1995 agreement between the parties.
La Commission a approuvé une opération débouchant sur la création d'une nouvelle entreprise commune, McDermott-ETPM Far East, dont les activités portent sur les services de fabrication et d'installation destinés à l'industrie pétrolière et gazière, à des installations pétrochimiques et à d'autres projets industriels en Extrême-Orient, comme le prévoit l'accord conclu en 1995 entre les parties.
