4. Member states shall ensure that any authorisation to remove dung or manure from a holding keeping animals of susceptible species is subject to stringent measures to avoid spread of the foot-and-mouth disease virus, in particular by ensuring cleansing and disinfection of the leak-proof transport vehicles after loading and before leaving the holding.

Les États membres veillent à ce que toute autorisation d'enlèvement de fumier ou d'effluents dans une exploitation détenant des animaux des espèces sensibles fasse l'objet de mesures strictes pour éviter la propagation du virus aphteux, notamment en veillant au nettoyage et à la désinfection des véhicules étanches après chargement et avant de quitter l'exploitation.
