If the nation has clear objectives and the objective is to create conditions where we can generate greater wealth—I think everybody would agree with that—and it comes to the point where we have to admit to ourselves that we are competitive on the payroll taxes and that other things have to take priority.I understand the perception, I understand the psychology, I'm a big believer that psychological impacts of the decisions made by governments are very important to the growth of a country.
