It has been noted – rightly so – that over the years, there has been a useless build-up of long and complex treaties, and it would be good if these were to be re-written as one brief and readable framework treaty, which makes it clear to everyone what has been agreed so far.
L'on y constate à juste titre qu'une suite inutilisable de traités longs et complexes a vu le jour au fil des années et qu'il serait bon que ces traités soient refondus en un seul traité-cadre, court et lisible, arrêtant clairement pour tout le monde ce qui a été convenu jusqu'à présent.
