Where an investment firm intends to use tied agents established in its home Member State, in the territory of the Member States in which it intends to provide services the competent authority of the home Member State of the investment firm shall, within one month from receipt of all the information, communicate to the competent authority of the host Member State designated as contact point in accordance with Article 79(1) the identity of the tied agents that the investment firm intends to use to provide investment services and activities in that Member State.

(2) In order to enable the EFTA Surveillance Authority to control the cumulative intensity of aid granted under different schemes to a given investment project and to assess its effect on competition and trade between the Contracting Parties, the EFTA States shall notify in advance to the EFTA Surveillance Authority all significant cases of cumulation. These are defined as those projects where the investment exceeds ECU 12 million or where the cumulative intensity of the aid exceeds 25 % net grant equivalent.
2) Afin de permettre à l'Autorité de surveillance AELE d'exercer un contrôle sur l'intensité cumulée des aides accordées sur la base de régimes différents à un projet d'investissement donné et d'évaluer son effet sur la concurrence et les échanges entre les parties contractantes, les États de l'AELE notifient préalablement à l'Autorité de surveillance AELE tous les cas significatifs de cumul, qui sont définis comme étant tout projet d'investissement qui dépasse 12 millions d'écus ou dont l'intensité cumulée des aides dépasse 25 % en équivalent-subvention net.
