Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. Such behaviour should amount to major violations of age-appropriate social expectations; it should therefore be more severe than ordinary childish mischief or adolescent rebelliousness and should imply an enduring pattern of behaviour (six months or longer). Features of conduct disorder can also be symptomatic of other psychiatric conditions, in which case the underlying diagnosis should be preferred. Examples of the behaviours on which the diagnosis is based include excessive levels of fighting or bullying, cruelty to other people or animals, severe destructiveness to property, fire-setting, stealing, repeated lying, truancy from school and running away from home, unusually frequent and severe temper tantrums, and disobedience. Any one of these behaviours, if marked, is sufficient for the diagnosis, but isolated dissocial acts are not.

Les droits et obligations des sociétés qui fusionnent résultant de contrats de travail ou de relations de travail et existant à la date à laquelle la fusion transfrontalière prend effet sont transmis, du fait de la prise d'effet de cette fusion transfrontalière, à la société issue de la fusion transfrontalière à la date de prise d'effet de la fusion transfrontalière.

(19) The place at which a service provider is established should be determined in conformity with the case-law of the Court of Justice according to which the concept of establishment involves the actual pursuit of an economic activity through a fixed establishment for an indefinite period; this requirement is also fulfilled where a company is constituted for a given period; the place of establishment of a company providing services via an Internet website is not the place at which the technology supporting its website is located or the place at which its website is accessible but the place where it pursues its economic activity; in cases where a provider has several places of establishment it is important to determine from which place of establishment the service concerned is provided; in cases where it is difficult to determine from which of several places of establishment a given service is provided, this is the place where the provider has the centre of his activities relating to this particular service.
(19) Le lieu d'établissement d'un prestataire devrait être déterminé conformément à la jurisprudence de la Cour de justice, selon laquelle le concept d'établissement implique l'exercice effectif d'une activité économique au moyen d'une installation stable et pour une durée indéterminée. Cette exigence est également remplie lorsqu'une société est constituée pour une période donnée. Le lieu d'établissement d'une société fournissant des services par le biais d'un site Internet n'est pas le lieu où se situe l'installation technologique servant de support au site ni le lieu où son site est accessible, mais le lieu où elle exerce son activité économique. Dans le cas où un prestataire a plusieurs lieux d'établissement, il est important de déterminer de quel lieu d'établissement le service concerné est presté. Dans les cas où il est difficile de déterminer, entre plusieurs lieux d'établissement, celui à partir duquel un service donné est fourni, le lieu d'établissement est celui dans lequel le prestataire a le centre de ses activités pour ce service spécifique.
