Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. Identification of the psychoactive substance should be based on as many sources of information as possible. It should be noted, moreover, that the criteria required of candidates who were staff from the national diplomatic services of the Member States, in paragraph 2 of the second group of eligibility criteria, namely that they should have a level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least three years attested by a diploma, matches the criterion required in Article 5(3)(b)(i) of the Staff Regulations for appointment at grades 5 and 6 in the administrators’ function group (AD), a criterion which is very different from that required by Article 5(3)(c) of the Staff Regulations for appointment at grades 7 to 16 in the same function group.

4. The Board shall compensate a national resolution authority for the damages which it has been ordered to pay by a national court, or which it has, in agreement with the Board, undertaken to pay pursuant to an amicable settlement, which are the consequences of an act or omission committed by that national resolution authority in the course of any resolution under this Regulation of entities and groups referred to in Article 7(2), and of entities and groups referred to in Article 7(4)(b) and (5) where the conditions for the application of those paragraphs are met or pursuant to the second subparagraph of Article 7(3).

In order to ensure that the information reported by participating insurance and reinsurance undertakings or insurance holding companies at the level of the group is accurate and complete, national supervisory authorities should not allow limitations on the information to be reported or exempt from reporting on an item-by-item basis undertakings which belong to a group, unless the national supervisory authority is satisfied that reporting would be inappropriate given the nature, scale and complexity of the risks inherent in the business of the group.

When in a given Member State the total number of animals, for which an application has been made in respect of one of the two groups of animals specified in (a) or (b) of paragraph 1, and which satisfy the conditions for granting the slaughter premium exceeds the national ceiling laid down for that group, the number of all eligible animals under that group per farmer for the year in question shall be reduced proportionately.

As a matter of fact, it is worthwhile pointing out that if the committee were to travel, we would have to scrap almost that entire list - that is, unless we sat all summer and fall.
