a description of the investment strategy and objectives of the AIF, information on where any master AIF is established and where the underlying funds are established if the AIF is a fund of funds, a description of the types of assets in which the AIF may invest, the techniques it may employ and all associated risks, any applicable investment restrictions, the circumstances in which the AIF may use leverage, the types and sources of leverage permitted and the associated risks, any restrictions on the use of leverage and any collateral and asset reuse arrangements, and the maximum level of leverage which the AIFM are entitled to employ on behalf of the AIF.

3. The Member States eligible for funding from the Cohesion Fund in 2006 which would have continued to be eligible had the eligibility threshold remained at 90 % of the average GNI of the EU-15, but which lose eligibility because their nominal per capita GNI will exceed 90 % of the average GNI of the EU-25 measured and calculated according to Article 5(2), shall be eligible, on a transitional and specific basis, for financing by the Cohesion Fund under the Convergence objective.

Les États membres éligibles à un financement par le Fonds de cohésion en 2006 et qui le seraient restés si le seuil d'éligibilité était resté à 90 % du RNB moyen de l'UE à 15, mais qui perdent leur éligibilité parce que le niveau de leur RNB nominal par habitant dépassera 90 % du RNB moyen de l'UE à 25, mesuré et calculé conformément à l'article 5, paragraphe 2, sont éligibles, sur une base transitoire et spécifique, à un financement par le Fonds de cohésion au titre de l'objectif convergence.

1. This Regulation shall not affect the continuation or modification, including the total or partial cancellation, of assistance co-financed by the Structural Funds or of a project co-financed by the Cohesion Fund approved by the Commission on the basis of Regulations (EEC) No 2052/88 , (EEC) No 4253/88 , (EC) No 1164/94 and (EC) No 1260/1999 or any other legislation which applies to that assistance on 31 December 2006, which shall consequently apply thereafter to that assistance or the projects concerned until their closure.

Le présent règlement n'affecte pas la poursuite ni la modification, y compris la suppression totale ou partielle, d'une intervention cofinancée par les Fonds structurels ou d'un projet cofinancé par le Fonds de cohésion, approuvé par la Commission sur la base des règlements (CEE) no 2052/88 , (CEE) no 4253/88 , (CE) no 1164/94 et (CE) no 1260/1999, ou de toute autre législation applicable à cette intervention au 31 décembre 2006, qui s'applique dès lors, à partir de cette date, à cette intervention ou à ce projet jusqu'à sa clôture.
