all foreign exchange swaps transactions, in which euro are bought/sold spot against a foreign currency and re-sold or re-bought at a forward date at a pre-agreed foreign exchange forward rate with a maturity of up to and including one year (defined as transactions with a maturity date of not more than 397 days after the settlement date of the spot leg of the foreign exchange swap transaction), between the reporting agent and other monetary financial institutions (MFIs), other financial intermediaries (OFIs), insurance corporations, pension funds, general government or central banks for investment purposes as well as with non-financial corporations classified as “wholesale” according to the Basel III LCR framework;
alle deviezenswaps waarbij euro's contant worden aangekocht tegen betaling van een vreemde valuta en die euro's op een toekomstige datum worden herverkocht of heraangekocht tegen een vooraf overeengekomen deviezentermijnkoers met een looptijd tot en met één jaar (zijnde transacties met een looptijd van hoogstens 397 dagen na de afwikkelingsdatum van het contante deel van de deviezenswaptransactie) tussen de informatieplichtige en overige monetaire financiële instellingen (MFI's), overige financiële instellingen (OFI's), verzekeringsinstellingen, pensioenfondsen, de overheid of centrale banken voor beleggingsdoeleinden, alsook met overeenkomstig het Bazel III LCR-kader als „wholesale” ingedeelde niet-financiële vennootschappen;

In doing so it will demonstrate that the understandable and justifiable fears expressed by several Members of this House and the European Central Bank (ECB) – namely that after the massive shift in the central exchange rate occurs, Bratislava may unable or unwilling to keep the brakes on the inflationary pressure resulting from import prices and from closing the price gap – are not compounded by an irresponsible attitude.

‘daily foreign exchange reference rate’ means the daily foreign exchange reference rate that is based on the regular daily concertation procedure between central banks within and outside the European System of Central Banks, which normally takes place at 14.15 Central European Time;

These rules contain a system of exchange of information and provide for the dissemination of information. The exchange of information is still not fully operational, because it requires the agreement on individual protocols between each Member State and the Commission for the updating of the central repository in accordance with the Commission Regulation.

In het kader van deze verordening mogen vertrouwelijke gegevens uitsluitend voor statistische doeleinden tussen de Commissie (Eurostat) en de centrale banken van de lidstaten en tussen de Commissie (Eurostat) en de Europese Centrale Bank worden uitgewisseld wanneer dit noodzakelijk is om de kwaliteit van de gegevens over multinationale ondernemingsgroepen in de Europese Unie te waarborgen en wanneer de uitwisseling uitdrukkelijk is toegestaan door de bevoegde nationale instantie.
