(a) Cider spirit, cider brandy or perry spirit are spirit drinks:

(a) Appelcider-eau-de-vie of cider brandy en perencider-eau-de-vie zijn gedistilleerde dranken die:


(c) Cider spirit, cider brandy or perry spirit shall not contain added ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin.

(c) Appelcider-eau-de-vie of cider brandy en perencider-eau-de-vie bevatten geen toegevoegde ethylalcohol uit landbouwproducten.


(c) Cider spirit, cider brandy or perry spirit shall not contain added ethyl alcohol or other distillate of agricultural origin.

(c) Appelcider-eau-de-vie of cider brandy en perencider-eau-de-vie bevatten geen toegevoegde ethylalcohol of enig ander distillaat uit landbouwproducten.


(a) For the purpose of this Regulation, cider spirit, cider brandy or perry spirit shall mean spirit drinks:
