Where a document or procedure provided for in Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 or Commission acts adopted under that Regulation require the signature of an authorised person or the approval of a person at one or more of the stages of that procedure, the information systems set up for the communication of such documents must make it possible to identify each person unambiguously and provide reasonable assurance that the contents of the documents, including as regards the stages of the procedure, cannot be altered, in accordance with Union legislation.
6. Without prejudice to the provisions of paragraphs 1 to 6, the date on and time at which a copy of the signed original of a procedural document, including the schedule of items and documents referred to in paragraph 4, is received at the Registry by telefax or any other technical means of communication available to the Court shall be deemed to be the date and time of lodgment for the purposes of compliance with the procedural time-limits, provided that the signed original of the procedural document, accompanied by the annexes and copies referred to in paragraph 2, is lodged at the Registry no later than 10 days thereafter.
7. Onverminderd het bepaalde in de leden 1 tot en met 6, worden de dag en het uur waarop een afschrift van het ondertekende origineel van een processtuk tezamen met de in lid 4 bedoelde staat van stukken en bescheiden per telefax of door middel van enig ander technisch communicatiemiddel waarover het Hof beschikt, ter griffie binnenkomt, voor de naleving van de procestermijnen in aanmerking genomen, mits het ondertekende origineel van het stuk, vergezeld van de bijlagen en afschriften bedoeld in lid 2, uiterlijk tien dagen later ter griffie wordt neergelegd.
