Personally, I think that a doctor who sees a clinical trial published by a company should have the right to give it to a patient if the doctor deems the information to be relevant, or that a doctor who finds a package leaflet in a language other than that Member States’ official language should have the right to print out that information and give it to a patient.
Persoonlijk vind ik dat een arts die een door een bedrijf gepubliceerd klinisch onderzoek onder ogen krijgt, het recht moet hebben om die informatie aan de patiënt te verstrekken als ze volgens de arts relevant is, of dat een arts die een bijsluiter vindt in een andere taal dan de landstaal van de lidstaat, het recht moet hebben om die informatie af te drukken en aan een patiënt te verstrekken.
