IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

In the light of the ongoing developments and trends in EU financial markets, and considering that the committee structure at level 3 does not cover explicitly financial conglomerates, the Council invites the Financial Conglomerates Committee and the Commission to clarify how advice on financial conglomerates will be provided in the regulatory process.
Gezien de huidige ontwikkelingen en trends op de financiële markten van de EU, en gezien het feit dat de comitéstructuur op niveau 3 niet expliciet geldt voor financiële conglomeraten, verzoekt de Raad het Comité voor financiële conglomeraten en de Commissie om aan te geven hoe advies over financiële conglomeraten in het regelgevend proces kan worden meegenomen.

2. The Member States shall require regulated entities or mixed financial holding companies to report on a regular basis and at least annually to the coordinator any significant risk concentration at the level of the financial conglomerate, in accordance with the rules laid down in this Article and in Annex II. The necessary information shall be submitted to the coordinator by the regulated entity within the meaning of Article 1 which is at the head of the financial conglomerate or, where the financial conglomerate is not headed by a regulated entity within the meaning of Article 1, by the mixed financial holding company or by the regulated entity in the financial conglomerate identified by the coordinator after consultation with the other relevant competent authorities and with the financial conglomerate.
2. De lidstaten schrijven voor dat de gereglementeerde entiteiten of gemengde financiële holdings regelmatig en ten minste eenmaal per jaar iedere significante risicoconcentratie op het niveau van het financiële conglomeraat rapporteren aan de coördinator, overeenkomstig de voorschriften die zijn vastgesteld in dit artikel en in bijlage II.
