In respect of financial institutions, in particular where they receive central bank lending, including emergency liquidity assistance, the assessment of whether the information is of systemic importance and whether delay of disclosure is in the public interest should be made by the competent authority, after consulting, as appropriate, the national central bank, the macro-prudential authority or any other relevant national authority.
Voor financiële instellingen, met name wanneer zij leningen van de centrale bank ontvangen, waaronder ook noodhulp uit het liquiditeitsfonds, moet de beoordeling of de informatie systeemrelevant is en of uitstel in het algemeen belang is, worden gemaakt door de bevoegde autoriteit na overleg met, naar gelang het geval, de betrokken nationale centrale bank, de nationale macroprudentiële autoriteit of enige andere relevante nationale autoriteiten.

(25a) In respect of financial institutions, in particular where they are receiving central bank lending including emergency liquidity assistance, the assessment of whether the information is of systemic importance and whether a delay of disclosure is in the public interest should be made in close cooperation with the relevant central bank, the competent authority supervising the issuer and, as appropriate, the national macro-prudential authority.

Points to the particular importance of efficient institutional machinery for structural and cohesion fund programming and implementation and urges the Government to improve as quickly as possible not just the capacity of payment authorities, but also the technical groundwork for projects that might be eligible for Community funding; urges the Hungarian authorities in addition to lend their resolute support to enable SMEs to be set up and develop in less favoured regions, not least by offering the incentives required to create a favourable environment for investment and the emergence of a strong entrepreneurial class; draws attention in this connection to the importance of cross-border cooperation in promoting economic and social cohesion in Hungary;
