In order to ensure a uniform application of the waivers from pre-trade transparency in shares and eventually other similar financial instruments and non-equity products for specific market models and types and sizes of orders, the European Supervisory Authority (European Securities and Markets Authority), established by Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council (‘ESMA’), should assess the compatibility of individual requests for applying a waiver with rules laid down in this Regulation and in delegated acts provided for in this Regulation.
Om een uniforme toepassing van de ontheffingen van transparantie voor de handel met betrekking tot aandelen en uiteindelijk ook andere soortgelijke financiële instrumenten en andere dan eigenvermogensinstrumenten voor specifieke marktmodellen en typen en grootten van orders te garanderen, moet de Europese toezichthoudende autoriteit (Europese Autoriteit voor effecten en markten — European Securities and Markets Authority — ESMA), opgericht bij Verordening (EU) nr. 1095/2010 het Europees Parlement en de Raad , de verenigbaarheid van individuele verzoeken tot toepassing van een ontheffing voor in deze verordening vastgelegde regels en in deze verordening voorziene gedelegeerde handelingen beoordelen.

The strategy lays out a European security model, which integrates among others action on law enforcement and judicial cooperation, border management and civil protection, with due respect for shared European values, such as fundamental rights.
De strategie beschrijft een Europees veiligheidsmodel, dat onder andere maatregelen op het gebied van rechtshandhaving, justitiële samenwerking, grensbeheer en civiele bescherming omvat, met het nodige respect voor de gedeelde Europese waarden, zoals de fundamentele rechten.
