After the entry into force of this Regulation any change to the MEL referred to in the first subparagraph for which a Master Minimum Equipment List (“MMEL”) is established as part of the operational suitability data in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012 (5) shall be made in compliance with point ORO.MLR.105 of Section 2 of Annex III to this Regulation at the earliest opportunity and not later than 18 December 2017 or two years after the operational suitability data was approved, whichever is the latest.
Na de inwerkingtreding van deze verordening dient elke wijziging van de in de eerste alinea vermelde MEL waarvoor overeenkomstig Verordening (EU) nr. 748/2012 van de Commissie (5) een basisminimumuitrustingslijst (MMEL) is opgesteld als onderdeel van de gegevens betreffende operationele geschiktheid zo snel mogelijk plaats te vinden in overeenstemming met punt ORO.MLR.105 van deel 2 van bijlage III bij deze verordening en uiterlijk op 18 december 2017 of twee jaar nadat de gegevens betreffende operationele geschiktheid zijn goedgekeurd, als dit eerder is.
