Where the dealing arrangements between master UCITS and feeder UCITS do not differ from those applying to all non-feeder unit-holders of the master UCITS and where those arrangements are laid down in the prospectus of the master UCITS, the agreement between master UCITS and feeder UCITS should not have to replicate those standard dealing arrangements, but may cross-refer to the relevant parts of the prospectus of the master UCITS in order to help industry to save costs and reduce the administrative burden.
Voor zover de regelingen voor verhandeling tussen de master-icbe en de feeder-icbe niet verschillen van die welke op alle niet tot de feeder-icbe behorende deelnemers van de master-icbe van toepassing zijn en die regelingen in het prospectus van de master-icbe zijn vastgesteld, dienen deze standaardregelingen voor verhandeling niet in de overeenkomst tussen de master-icbe en de feeder-icbe te worden overgenomen, maar kan daarin naar de relevante gedeelten van het prospectus van de master-icbe worden verwezen om de sector te helpen kosten te besparen en de administratieve last te verminderen.

4. In the cases of Article 22(1)(b) and (c) of this Directive, the feeder UCITS shall exercise the right to request repurchase and redemption of its units in the master UCITS in accordance with the third subparagraph of Article 60(5) and Article 45(1) of Directive 2009/65/EC, where the competent authorities of the feeder UCITS have not granted the necessary approvals required pursuant to Article 22(1) of this Directive by the working day preceding the last day on which the feeder UCITS can request repurchase and redemption of its units in the master UCITS before the merger or division is effected.
4. In de gevallen als bedoeld onder de letters b) en c) van artikel 22, lid 1, van onderhavige richtlijn oefent de feeder-icbe, als de bevoegde autoriteiten van de feeder-icbe op de werkdag voorafgaand aan de laatste dag waarop de feeder-icbe de inkoop en terugbetaling van haar rechten van deelneming in de master-icbe vóór ingang van de fusie of opsplitsing kan vragen de volgens artikel 22, lid 1, van onderhavige richtlijn vereiste goedkeuringen niet hebben verleend, het recht in overeenstemming met de derde alinea van artikel 60, lid 5, en artikel 45, lid 1, van Richtlijn 2009/65/EG om de inkoop en terugbetaling van haar rechten van deelneming in de master-icbe te vragen uit.

As regards master-feeder structures, the Commission should be empowered to adopt measures designed to specify the content of the agreement between master and feeder UCITS or of the internal conduct of business rules, the content of the information-sharing agreement between either their depositaries or their auditors, the definition of measures appropriate to coordinate the timing of their net asset value calculation and publication in order to avoid market timing, the impact of the merger of the master on the authorisation of the feeder, the type of irregularities originating from the master to be reported to the feeder, the format and the way to provide information to unit-holders in case of conversion from a UCITS to a feeder UCITS, the procedure for valuing and auditing the transfer of assets from a feeder to a master, and the role of the depositary of the feeder in this process.

Where the competent authorities of the master UCITS home Member State are informed of an irregularity with regard to the master UCITS or detect that the master UCITS does not comply with the provisions of this Directive, they may decide, where appropriate, to take relevant action to ensure that unit-holders of the master UCITS are informed accordingly.

3. Without prejudice to Article 84, if a master UCITS temporarily suspends the repurchase, redemption or subscription of its units, whether at its own initiative or at the request of its competent authorities, each of its feeder UCITS is entitled to suspend the repurchase, redemption or subscription of its units notwithstanding the conditions laid down in Article 84(2) within the same period of time as the master UCITS.
3. Onverminderd de bepalingen van artikel 84, als een master-icbe de inkoop, terugbetaling of inschrijving van haar rechten van deelneming hetzij op eigen initiatief hetzij op verzoek van haar bevoegde autoriteiten tijdelijk opschort, mag elke van haar feeder-icbe’s de inkoop, terugbetaling of inschrijving van haar rechten van deelneming in dezelfde periode als die van de master-icbe, onverminderd de voorwaarden van artikel 84, lid 2, opschorten.

Assuming that such a commitment is confirmed, the Community and its Member States could cooperate with Morocco in the following areas: - assistance with the drafting of a basic social and economic report on Marocco's drugy production and exports; - technical assistance to set up a drugs monitoring unit to provide the government with better information; - preparation and implementation of a master plan covering all aspects of the problem (drug use, production, trafficking and money laundering) in cooperation with UNIDCP; - equipment and technical assistance as requested by the authorities concerned; - continued support for private and public sector projects to prevent drug abuse in Morocco, particularly in northern towns.
Wordt deze beslissing bevestigd dan kunnen de Gemeenschap en haar Lid- Staten met Marokko op de volgende gebieden samenwerken : - de Marokkaanse autoriteiten bijstaan bij de uitwerking van een sociaal- economische basisstudie over teelt en uitvoer van drugs in Marokko; - de Marokkaanse autoriteiten technische bijstand voorstellen met het oog op de oprichting van een toezichthoudend orgaan dat de nationale autoriteiten in staat zou stellen hun besluiten kracht bij te zetten en de drugbestrijding beter op te zetten en te controleren; - Marokko aanmoedigen om in het kader van het VN-programma inzake Internationale drugbestrijding (PNUCID), een leidend plan (masterplan), uit te werken en toe te passen dat alle aspecten van het probleem beslaat (verbruik, produktie, handel, witwassen); - op verzoek de betrokken diensten steun verlenen in de vorm van uitrusting en technische bijstand; - inspanningen van particulieren en/of overheid verder steunen met het oog op de voorkoming van het drugmisbruik onder de Marokkaanse bevolking, met name in de noordelijke steden.
