The Member States of transhipment shall communicate to the Member States of destination the information taken from the transport documentation on the nature of the fishery products, their weight, the port of loading and the shipper in the third country, the names of the transport vessels and the ports of transhipment and destination, as soon as possible this information is known and prior to the anticipated date of arrival in the port of destination.

2. The operator, agent or master of a ship, irrespective of its size, carrying dangerous or polluting goods coming from a port located outside the Community and bound for a port of a Member State or an anchorage located in a Member State's territorial waters shall, at the latest upon departure from the loading port or as soon as the port of destination or the location of the anchorage is known, if this information is unavailable at the moment of departure, notify the information indicated in Annex I(3) to the competent authority of the Member State in which the first port of destination or anchorage is located.

However, two ports may be indicated in the tender if the whole cargo cannot be loaded in the first port by virtue of that port's configuration and loading has to be completed on the same vessel in the second port.
In de offerte mogen evenwel twee laadhavens worden opgegeven, wanneer de inlading wegens de kenmerken van de eerste haven aldaar niet volledig kan gebeuren doch in de tweede haven met hetzelfde schip moet worden voltooid.
