In case of a significant deviation between the observed default rate of the static pools and the credit quality threshold over an annual and/or a multi-annual period, the Eurosystem consults the credit assessment system provider to analyse the reasons for that deviation.
Indien het waargenomen wanbetalingscijfer van het statische depot gedurende een periode van een jaar en/of meerdere jaren aanzienlijk afwijkt van de kredietkwaliteitsdrempel, analyseert het Eurosysteem met de verstrekker van het kredietbeoordelingssysteem de oorzaken van deze afwijking.
