IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

The rapporteurs have therefore come to the conclusion that, in order to fulfil its function deriving from the treaties and the expectations of its electorate – Parliament needs the right to organize itself in a modern and appropriate way – and therefore should initiate an ordinary treaty revision procedure in order to amend Article 341 and Protocol 6, granting Parliament the right to decide itself on matters relating to its internal organisation and calendar, and hence the question of its seat.
De rapporteurs zijn daarom tot de conclusie gekomen dat het Parlement het recht moet hebben om zich op moderne en passende wijze te organiseren, teneinde zijn functies op grond van de Verdragen en de verwachtingen van de kiezer te kunnen uitoefenen. Daarom moet het Parlement een gewone herzieningsprocedure starten tot wijziging van artikel 341 en Protocol 6, teneinde het Europees Parlement het recht te geven om zelf te beslissen over aspecten in verband met de interne organisatie en de kalender, en dus ook over de plaats van de zetel.

S. whereas it is necessary to clarify that the registered seat and the central administration of an FE shall be in the same Member State, in order to prevent the dissociation of the registered seat and central administration or principal place of activities, and also in order to facilitate supervision, given that an FE will be supervised by the supervisory authority of the Member State in which it has its registered office;

If there are no reasonable grounds which would allow the issuing State to determine the Member State to which the confiscation order may be transmitted, the confiscation order may be transmitted to the competent authority of the Member State where the natural or legal person against whom the confiscation order has been issued is normally resident or has its registered seat respectively.

(9) Research shows that the risks of side-facing seats for passengers in category M 3 vehicles have not been sufficiently assessed. It is necessary to examine these risks using methods such as those used for testing car safety in order to arrive at a balanced risk assessment.
(9) Uit onderzoek is gebleken dat de risico's van zijdelings gerichte zitplaatsen voor passagiers in voertuigen van de categorie M 3 onvoldoende in kaart zijn gebracht; het is noodzakelijk deze risico's te onderzoeken middels methoden zoals die welke ook voor het testen van de veiligheid van personenauto's in gebruik zijn om tot een afgewogen risicobeoordeling te komen.

If the number of such cooperatives is higher than the number of additional seats available pursuant to the first subparagraph, these additional seats shall be allocated to cooperatives in different Member States by decreasing order of the number of employees they employ.
