In cooperation with the Administrative Reform Task Force [32], the Internal Audit Service, DG Budget, the Secretariat General, the Legal Service and DG Admin, OLAF is preparing a draft communication for adoption by the end of 2001 which will include guidelines on sound financial management and a training plan on the protection of financial interests for staff involved in programme preparation and financial management.
In samenwerking met de Task Force Administratieve hervorming [32], de Dienst interne audit, het DG Begroting, het Secretariaat-generaal, de Juridische dienst en het DG ADMIN, stelt Olaf een ontwerp voor een mededeling op, dat vóór eind 2001 moet worden goedgekeurd en richtsnoeren inzake goed financieel beheer alsmede een opleidingsplan inzake de bescherming van de financiële belangen zal bevatten, die zijn bestemd voor het personeel dat is belast met de voorbereiding van programma's en het financieel beheer.
