Welcomes the fact that, in order to provide workers with speedy assistance, the Italian authorities decided to initiate the implementation of the personalised services to the affected workers on 30 November 2012, nine months before the EGF application submission and well ahead of the final decision on granting the EGF support for the proposed coordinated package;

Where the young farmer submits, at the same time as the application for setting-up aid, an application for support under the other measures set out in Chapters I, II, III, IV, V, V-a, Va, VI, VIa, VII, VIII and XI of Title II of this Regulation, he shall be eligible, as a matter of priority and in accordance with the maximum amounts laid down, for all those measures with a view to the establishment of a suitable package of incentives.
