1. A CSD shall hold its financial assets at central banks, authorised credit institutions or authorised CSDs.

The competent authorities, which do not authorise the treatment in point 73, may authorise credit institutions to assign the risk weights permitted under this treatment in respect of exposures collateralised by residential real estate property of commercial real estate property respectively located in the territory of those Member States the competent authorities of which authorise this treatment subject to the same conditions as apply in that Member State.
75. Wanneer de bevoegde autoriteiten de in punt 73 beschreven behandeling niet toestaan, kunnen zij kredietinstellingen toestaan de in het kader van deze behandeling geoorloofde risicogewichten toe te kennen aan vorderingen die gedekt zijn door niet-zakelijk of zakelijk onroerend goed die zich op het grondgebied van de lidstaten bevinden waarvan de bevoegde autoriteiten deze behandeling wel toestaan, mits aan de in die lidstaat toepasselijke voorwaarden wordt voldaan.
