4. It shall be prohibited to release exotic species into the Baltic Sea, the Belts and the Sound or to fish for exotic species and sturgeon, unless authorised by the rules adopted in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 13 and with the obligations arising from the Gdansk Convention.
4. Het is verboden niet-inheemse soorten in de Oostzee, de Belten en de Øresund uit te zetten of op niet-inheemse soorten of op steur te vissen, tenzij het is toegestaan bij bepalingen die zijn vastgesteld volgens de procedure van artikel 13 en stroken met de verplichtingen die uit het Verdrag van Gdansk voortvloeien.
