Notes that the first quarter of 2011 was dedicated to the transfer of assets from CESR to the Authority and the implementation of, as well as training on, Union rules in terms of financial circuits, recruitments and procurements; takes note, furthermore, that the second quarter was marked by the Authority moving into its premises, following the signature of a new lease contract in December 2010; notes that works were being executed from March to June 2011 in the new premises;
11. wijst erop dat het eerste kwartaal van 2011 werd besteed aan de overdracht van activa van de CEER naar de Autoriteit en de tenuitvoerlegging van en training inzake de regels van de Unie wat betreft financiële structuren, aanwervingen en aanbestedingen; wijst er verder op dat de Autoriteit in het tweede kwartaal haar intrek nam in haar kantoorruimtes, na de ondertekening van een nieuw leasecontract in december 2010; wijst erop dat in de nieuwe kantoorruimtes van maart tot juni 2011 technische werkzaamheden zijn verricht;
