Accordingly, under these circumstances, the Commission finds that the amount of the benefit to Hynix could not exceed the full amount of the funds obtained by Hynix as a result of the operation of the KDB debenture programme, plus compound interest and the costs of recovery or attempted recovery in the event of default.
Bijgevolg oordeelt de Commissie dat het bedrag van het voordeel voor Hynix het volledige bedrag van de middelen niet kan overschrijden die Hynix in het kader van het obligatieleningenprogramma van de KDB heeft verkregen, vermeerderd met de samengestelde rente en de kosten voor de terugvordering of de poging tot terugvordering bij wanbetaling.
