(c) this newly established forest will reach at least the equivalent carbon stock that was contained in the harvested forest plantation at the time of harvest, within the normal harvesting cycle of the harvested forest plantation, and, if not, a debit would be generated under Article 3(4) of the Kyoto Protocol.
(c) dit recentelijk tot stand gekomen bos bereikt een koolstofreservoir dat ten minste gelijkwaardig is aan dat van de geoogste bosaanplanting ten tijde van het oogsten, binnen de reguliere oogstcyclus van de geoogste bosaanplanting, en, als dat niet het geval is, zou er uit hoofde van artikel 3, lid 4 van het Protocol van Kyoto een tekort ontstaan.
