(27) In order to take account of the specific manufacturing processes and trading requirements of non-Annex I goods incorporating certain agricultural products, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 TFEU should be delegated to the Commission concerning rules on the characteristics of the non-Annex I goods to be exported and of the agricultural products used for their manufacture, rules on the determination of the export refunds for certain agricultural products exported after processing into non-Annex I goods, rules on the evidence needed to prove the composition of the exported non-Annex I goods, rules requiring a declaration of the use of certain imported agricultural products, rules on the assimilation of agricultural products to basic products and on the determination of the reference quantity of each of the basic products, and the application of horizontal rules on export refunds for agricultural products to non-Annex I goods.

The manufacturing authorisation holder shall ensure that excipients are assessed as being suitable for use in pharmaceutical products following the specific good manufacturing practices as developed by the Commission in accordance with Article 47. The manufacturing authorisation holder shall also ensure that the process by which the assessment is achieved is described in a quality system which is available for inspection by competent authorities.

7. If the outcome of the inspection as referred to in paragraph 1 is that the person does not comply with the principles and guidelines of good manufacturing practices, good distribution practices, good trading practices or good brokering practices as provided for by Union legislation, the information shall be entered in the Union database referred to in paragraph 6 and the manufacturing and distribution processes shall cease forthwith.
7. Indien een inspectie als bedoeld in lid 1 tot de conclusie leidt dat de persoon zich niet aan de beginselen en richtsnoeren inzake goede fabricage-, distributie-, handels- of tussenhandelspraktijken als bedoeld in de EU-wetgeving houdt, wordt deze informatie opgenomen in de in lid 6 bedoelde databank van de Unie, en moeten de fabricage en de distributie onmiddellijk worden stopgezet.

Feed materials must, as according to the good manufacturing practices as laid down in Regulation (EC) No 183/2005, be free from chemical impurities resulting from their manufacturing process and from processing aids, unless a specific maximum content is fixed in the Catalogue referred to in Article 25.

The amounts of the refunds should be fixed under the same procedure as the amounts of the refunds for the agricultural products exported in the unaltered state but the implementing rules for the said procedure should be established having regard essentially to the manufacturing processes of the goods concerned.
Enerzijds moeten de restitutiebedragen volgens dezelfde procedure worden vastgesteld als de restituties voor als zodanig uitgevoerde landbouwproducten. The first sentence of the third paragraph of the part entitled "General principles" is replaced by the following text: "Notwithstanding reference to any ingredient in Sections A and C or any processing aid in Section B, any processing practice, such as smoking, shall be carried out and any ingredient or such processing aid shall be used only in accordance with relevant Community legislation and/or national legislation compatible with the Treaty and, in the absence thereof, in accordance with the principles of good manufacturing practice for foodstuffs".

(d) premises, staff and equipment used and participating in the entire manufacturing process must comply with the manufacturing hygiene rules and principles of the Member State in question; the manufacturing process must conform to the rules of good manufacturing practice;
d) Voor de voor het gehele bereidingsproces gebruikte ruimten, personeelsleden en machines moeten de in de betrokken Lid-Staat geldende hygiënische voorschriften en beginselen voor de produktie gelden, terwijl de bereiding zelf aan de voorschriften inzake goede bereidingspraktijken moet voldoen;

(9) This Regulation must define the obligations restrictive of competition which may be included in franchise agreements. This is the case in particular for the granting of an exclusive territory to the franchisees combined with the prohibition on actively seeking customers outside that territory, which allows them to concentrate their efforts on their allotted territory. The same applies to the granting of an exclusive territory to a master franchisee combined with the obligation not to conclude franchise agreements with third parties outside that territory. Where the franchisees sell or use in the process of providing services, goods manufactured by the franchisor or according to its instructions and or bearing its trade mark, an obligation on the franchisees not to sell, or use in the process of the provision of services, competing goods, makes it possible to establish a coherent network which is identified with the franchised goods. However, this obligation should only be accepted with respect to the goods which form the essential subject-matter of the franchise.
( 9 ) In deze verordening moet worden bepaald welke concurrentiebeperkende verplichtingen in franchiseoverenkomsten mogen worden opgenomen; dit geldt met name voor de toewijzing, op basis van exlusiviteit, van een bepaald gebied aan de franchisenemers, in combinatie met het verbod buiten dit gebied aan actieve klantenwerving te doen, hetgeen hen in staat stelt hun inspanningen op het hun toegewezen gebied te concentreren; dit geldt eveneens voor de toewijzing, op basis van exclusiviteit, van een bepaald gebied aan een master-franchisenemer, in combinatie met de verplichting geen franchiseovereenkomsten met franchisenemers buiten dat gebied te sluiten; in het geval waarin de franchisenemers goederen die door of volgens de instructies van de franchisegever zijn vervaardigd en/of diens handelsmerk dragen, verkopen of bij de verrichting van diensten gebruiken, maakt het opleggen aan de franchisenemers van een verplichting geen concurrerende goederen te verkopen of bij de verrichting van diensten te gebruiken, het mogelijk een coherent, met de betrokken goederen geïdentificeerd net op te bouwen; deze verplichting evenwel slechts worden aanvaard met betrekking tot de goederen die het wezenlijke voorwerp van de franchise vormen; zij mag met name geen betrekking hebben op accessoires of vervangingsonderdelen van die goederen .
