TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

1. This Regulation lays down specific rules for participation in indirect actions undertaken under Regulation (EU) No 1291/2013, including participation in indirect actions funded by funding bodies in accordance with Article 9(2) of that Regulation.

Where the minimum conditions for an indirect action are satisfied by a number of legal entities, which together form one legal entity, the latter may be the sole participant in an indirect action, provided that it is established in a Member State or associated country.
Voor zover de minimumvoorwaarden voor een actie onder contract worden vervuld door een aantal juridische entiteiten die samen één juridische entiteit vormen, kan deze laatste de enige deelnemer zijn aan een actie onder contract, mits deze in een lidstaat of een geassocieerd land is gevestigd.

2. Access rights to background shall be granted to the other participants in the same indirect action, if it is needed to enable those participants to carry out their own work under that indirect action provided that the participant concerned is entitled to grant them.
