Encourages EU Delegations and Member State diplomatic missions in the countries where the EED is active to bring potential beneficiaries to the EED’s attention and to inform potential beneficiaries about the EED; encourages EED staff, in turn, to liaise closely with relevant EU and Member State diplomatic staff in relation to potential beneficiaries which cannot be supported by the EED, showing mutual respect for the sensitivity of information and the security of all parties;
36. moedigt de EU-delegaties en de diplomatieke vertegenwoordigingen van de lidstaten in de landen waar het EFD actief is aan om potentiële begunstigden onder de aandacht van het EFD te brengen en potentiële begunstigden op de hoogte te stellen van het EFD; verzoekt de EFD-medewerkers op hun beurt nauw contact te onderhouden met de desbetreffende diplomatieke diensten van de EU en de lidstaten met betrekking tot potentiële begunstigden die niet kunnen worden gesteund door het EFD, waarbij wederzijds respect wordt getoond voor de gevoeligheid van informatie en de veiligheid van alle partijen;
