...[+++]lurality in the political process; notes that the National Commission is tasked with documenting human rights violations that have occurred since the beginning of the conflict; encourages further the Commission to explore the issues which gave rise to the Malian crisis, to investigate openly and comprehensively allegations of abuses and discrimination against Tuareg communities since Malian independence, and to make recommendations for meaningful improvements; further welcomes, furthermore, the Malian Government’s appointment of an envoy to continue dialogue with the armed groups in the north; expresses, in this connection, its sincere hope that the post-electoral landscape in Mali will facilitate enhanced dialogue and trust between communities as a pre-requisite for peace and stability, and that all Malian communities will commit to educating children about mutual tolerance and respect; calls on the EU and its partners in the international community to support fully this process of national reconciliation and inclusive dialogue; 23. is verheugd over de oprichting door de Maline

...[+++] de nationale commissie is belast met de documentering van de mensenrechtenschendingen sinds het begin van het conflict; spoort de commissie voorts aan om de kwesties te onderzoeken die aan de crisis in Mali ten grondslag lagen, om alle beschuldigingen van misbruik en discriminatie tegen de Toeareggemeenschappen sinds de onafhankelijkheid van Mali op een open en alomvattende manier te onderzoeken, en om vervolgens aanbevelingen te doen voor zinvolle verbeteringen; is eveneens ingenomen met de benoeming door de Malinese regering van een gezant om de dialoog met de gewapende groeperingen in het noorden voort te zetten; spreekt in dit verband de oprechte hoop uit dat het postelectorale landschap in Mali een verregaande dialoog en versterkt vertrouwen tussen de verschillende gemeenschappen zal bevorderen, aangezien dit voorwaarden zijn voor vrede en stabiliteit, en dat alle Malinese gemeenschappen ernaar zullen streven hun kinderen wederzijdse tolerantie en respect bij te brengen; roept de EU en haar partners van de internationale gemeenschap op het proces van nationale verzoening en een inclusieve dialoog volledig te ondersteunen;
