(a) In the following fields: music, the performing arts, the plastic and visual arts, architecture, as well as regards other forms of artistic expression, for example multimedia, photography, children's culture and street art. This approach, according to the individual aspects of each cultural field, should:
a) in de sectoren muziek, podiumkunsten, plastische en visuele kunsten, architectuur, alsmede voor andere vormen van kunstzinnige expressie (bijvoorbeeld multimedia, fotografie, cultuur voor kinderen en straatkunst) dient deze aanpak, afhankelijk van de specifieke aspecten van elke culturele sector, het volgende te behelzen:

These Agreements will concern transnational actions concerning one cultural field, (vertical actions) such as music, the performing arts, the plastic and visual arts, literature, books and reading including translation and cultural heritage.
