By way of derogation from Article 5 of Directive 2006/112/EC, the border bridges and common road sections for the construction or maintenance of which the Republic of Poland is responsible, and, where appropriate, the corresponding construction site, in so far as they are within the territory of the Czech Republic, shall be deemed to be part of the Republic of Poland’s territory for the purposes of the supply of goods and services and intra-Community acquisition of goods intended for the construction or maintenance of those bridges and common road sections.

Enerzijds verzoek tot nietigverklaring van het besluit van de Raad van 13 juni 2012 houdende afwijzing van verzoeksters offerte in het kader van de niet-openbare aanbesteding UCA 218/07 betreffende het technische onderhoud en de diensten voor ondersteuning en interventie ter plaatse voor de personal computers, de printers en de randapparatuur van het secretariaat-generaal van de Raad en houdende gunning van de opdracht aan een andere inschrijver, en anderzijds verzoek tot vergoeding van de schade die verzoekster stelt te hebben geleden als gevolg van de gunning van de opdracht aan een andere inschrijver.

41. Believes that the Commission and the Council of Europe, in close cooperation with the Member States and regional and local authorities, should continue to support, including by financial means, the development of new ‘European Routes’ and the maintenance of existing ones, including on islands and in coastal, mountainous and outermost regions; takes the view that these circuits should highlight the European identity, through the promotion and linkage of symbolic sites, such as cathedrals, castles, universities, archaeological sites and industrial settlements, as well as symbolic European figures and advocates; urges the Commission and the Member States to take all appropriate measures to safeguard Europe's heritage and assets for future generations;
41. is van mening dat de Commissie en de Raad van Europa in nauwe samenwerking met de lidstaten en de regionale en lokale autoriteiten de ontwikkeling van nieuwe Europese reiswegen en het onderhoud van de bestaande, ook op eilanden en in kust-, berg- en ultraperifere gebieden, voort moeten blijven ondersteunen, ook financieel; is van mening dat met deze trajecten de Europese identiteit in het licht moet worden gesteld, via de promotie en onderlinge verbinding van symbolische sites, zoals kathedralen, kastelen, universiteiten, archeologische sites en industrieparken, alsmede persoonlijkheden die een symbolische waarde voor Europa hebben of die pleitbezorger van de Europese zaak zijn; verzoekt de Commissie en de lidstaten alle wenselijke maatregelen te nemen om het Europees erfgoed en de troeven van Europa voor de toekomstige generaties te vrijwaren;
