The public bodies participating in the colleges shall cooperate closely. The group level resolution authority shall coordinate all activities of resolution colleges and convene and chair all its meetings. The group level resolution authority shall keep all members of the college and EBA fully informed in advance of the organisation of such meetings, of the main issues to be discussed and of the activities to be considered. The group level resolution authority shall decide which authorities and ministries should participate in particular meetings or activities of the college, on the basis of the specific needs. The group level resolution authority shall also keep all the members of the college informed in a timely manner, of the actions and decisions taken in those meetings or the measures carried out.

Following the publication of the General Disclosure document the CCME and a Chinese exporter argued that the Commission was still violating of Articles 2.4, 6.2 and 6.4 of the WTO Anti-Dumping Agreement by not providing timely information on the basis of which the export price and normal value was compared and invited the Commission to disclose comprehensive information on the normal value product types used in order to meet its obligation to provide the opportunities to the Chinese exporting producers to ensure the defence of their interest, present their case on a fully informed basis and ensure a fair comparison between export prices and the normal value.

Community financial measures may cover expenditure associated with the preparation, follow-up, monitoring, audit and evaluation activities necessary for the implementation and the assessment of the measures within the scope of this Regulation and the achievement of its objectives, e.g. studies, meetings, experts, information, awareness-raising, training and publication activities, expenditure associated with information technology including computer networks for the exchange of information, expenditure for temporary staff, and any other administrative or technical assistance expenditure that the Commission may incur.

(9) To adopt an international accounting standard for application in the Community, it is necessary firstly that it meets the basic requirement of the aforementioned Council Directives, that is to say that its application results in a true and fair view of the financial position and performance of an enterprise - this principle being considered in the light of the said Council Directives without implying a strict conformity with each and every provision of those Directives; secondly that, in accordance with the conclusions of the Council of 17 July 2000, it is conducive to the European public good and lastly that it meets basic criteria as to the quality of information required for financial statements to be useful to users.
