For large sports infrastructure projects the Commission advises local authorities that the construction company should be nominated by a public call for tender, that the stadium should be under public management (or that a private manager should not be overcompensated) and that the site should offer facilities for various activities and users and be let out at market rates.
Voor grote sportinfrastuctuurprojecten beveelt de Commissie de lokale autoriteiten aan dat de bouwfirma bij publieke aanbesteding zou aangeduid worden, dat het stadion publiek beheerd wordt (of dat de private beheerder er geen overcompensatie voor krijgt) en dat de site faciliteiten voor verschillende activiteiten en gebruikers biedt en verhuurd wordt tegen markttarieven.
