TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

The uniform rate referred to in Article 2(1)(c) of Decision 2014/335/EU, Euratom shall be set in the course of the budgetary procedure and shall be calculated as a percentage of the sum of the forecast of the gross national income (GNI) of the Member States in such a manner that it fully covers that part of the budget not financed from the revenue referred to in Article 2(1)(a) and (b) of Decision 2014/335/EU, Euratom, from financial contributions to supplementary research and technological development programmes and other revenue.
Het in artikel 2, lid 1, onder c), van Besluit 2014/335/EU, Euratom bedoelde uniforme percentage wordt in de loop van de begrotingsprocedure vastgesteld en berekend op basis van de som van het geraamde bruto nationale inkomen („bni”) van de lidstaten, op zodanige wijze dat het gedeelte van de begroting dat niet wordt gefinancierd met de in artikel 2, lid 1, onder a) en b), van Besluit 2014/335/EU, Euratom bedoelde ontvangsten, met financiële bijdragen ten behoeve van de aanvullende programma's voor onderzoek en technologische ontwikkeling, of met overige ontvangsten, er volledig door wordt gedekt.

16. Pays tribute to the work carried out by mountain farmers; notes that the conditions for mountain farming (above all as regards earning a supplementary income, the work life balance and the ability to start a family) should not be complicated by red tape but should be improved through the fusion of sectoral policies; calls on the Commission and the competent (comitology) committees to review existing and prospective rules (above all on compulsory registers) in keeping with the 'better regulation' initiative and/or to make them less complicated with a view to comprehensive simplification of administrative procedures;

5. For the application of paragraphs 1 and 2, the relevant competent authorities may, in exceptional cases and by common agreement, replace the criterion based on balance sheet total with one or both of the following parameters or add one or both of these parameters, if they are of the opinion that these parameters are of particular relevance for the purposes of supplementary supervision under this Directive: income structure, off-balance-sheet activities.

Voor de toepassing van de leden 1, 2 en 3 kunnen de relevante bevoegde autoriteiten in uitzonderlijke gevallen bij onderlinge overeenkomst het op het balanstotaal gebaseerde criterium vervangen door één of beide van de volgende parameters of aanvullen met één van deze parameters of met beide, indien zij van oordeel zijn dat deze parameters van bijzondere relevantie zijn met het oog op het aanvullende toezicht krachtens deze richtlijn: inkomensstructuur en activiteiten buiten de balanstelling.

Other very specific measures (both preventive and remedial) with more immediate tangible effects include social and family policy measures (increase in family benefits, reduction of tax on low incomes, increase in supplementary pension allowances, exemption of GMI recipients from inheritance tax on housing), other statutory measures to help those on modest incomes (threshold for seizure of assets, harmonisation of minimum social standards, mediation committee, clearance fund for overindebtedness), the creation of a social emergency service, specific measures for providing training or work integration for GMI recipients, measures to counteract school failure or cultural exclusion, voluntary early education and socialisation at infant school, literacy classes in French, and the establishing of an institution to help young adults and young people who have dropped out of school to make the transition to working life.
