TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

This article shall apply to the provision of air transport services when the flight departs from an airport in the territory of a Member State to which the Treaty applies, from an airport located in a third country, bound for an airport on the territory of a Member State if a Community air carriage contractor is involved, or from an airport located in a third country, bound for another third country if the flight is part of a journey which started in the Community, provided the air carriage contractor has an establishment in the Community, the contract was concluded within the Community or the passenger's normal place of residence is within the Community.
Dit artikel is van toepassing op het verlenen van luchtvervoersdiensten waarbij de vlucht vertrekt vanaf een luchthaven op het grondgebied van een lidstaat waar het Verdrag van kracht is, vanaf een luchthaven in een derde land met bestemming een luchthaven op het grondgebied van een lidstaat als de contractant van het luchtvervoer een communautair bedrijf is, of vanaf een luchthaven in een derde land met bestemming een ander derde land, voorzover de vlucht deel uitmaakt van een reis die in de Gemeenschap is aangevangen en de contractant van het luchtvervoer een vestiging in de Gemeenschap heeft, het contract in de Gemeenschap is gesloten of de passagier in de Gemeenschap woonachtig is.

Pursuant to Article R 226-10 of the Rural Code, such contracts are in particular to include administrative terms and conditions defining the nature of the services to be provided under the contract, the remuneration arrangements for the operations to be performed by the contractor, the information on which to base an assessment of the quality/cost of the service, the arrangements concerning public information on the organisation and operation of the service and technical specifications for the collection, transport, processing and, where applicable, destruction of animal carcases and slaughterhouse waste in compliance with the required health standards.
Overeenkomstig artikel 226-10 van de Code rural bevatten deze opdrachten in het bijzonder een overzicht van de algemene administratieve bepalingen. In deze bepalingen is vastgesteld wat de aard van de dienstverlening is waarop de opdracht betrekking heeft; de wijze van betaling van de door de contractant uit te voeren activiteiten, informatie waarmee de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening beoordeeld kan worden; alsmede een overzicht van technische bepalingen waarin de technische voorwaarden zijn vastgesteld voor ophaling, vervoer, verwerking en, in voorkomend geval, vernietiging van kadavers van dieren en slachthuisafval met inachtneming van de vereiste gezondheidsvoorschriften.
