Elle a montré que 75 % des enfants allergiques aux œufs et envoyés à l’hôpital ne satisfaisaient pas à la directive du Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) et de la Bristish Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (BSACI) publiée en 2000 (Ainsworth et al., 2010).
