voormelde MVG af te vlakken door een rekenkundig gemiddelde te berekenen van de waarde per dag van de MVG-scores voor 2005 en 2006, en de ziekenhuizen opnieuw in decielen in te delen op basis van die gemiddelde score, en dit teneinde te vermijden dat de ziekenhuizen waarvan het MVG-profiel 2006, om verschillende redenen, niet representatief is voor hun gebruikelijke profiel inzake verpleegkundige zorg, nog een jaar extra zouden worden gepenaliseerd; -) voor de berekening van het aantal operatiezalen: de Riziv-verstrekkingen voor 2011; de heelkundige verstrekkingen van lijsten A en B kregen de standaardtijden toegekend die voor de equivalente verstrekkingen in klassieke hospitalisatie werden bepaald; de heelkundige ingrepen uitgevoerd tijdens eenzelfde operatie in duidelijk van de hoofdingreep onderscheiden gebieden en de verstrekkingen die slechts aan 50% mogen worden gefactureerd, krijgen een standaardtijd toegekend vermenigvuldigd met een coëfficiënt 0,5. Het is wellicht goed er hier aan te herinneren (zie hieromtrent de ministeriële omzendbrief tot wijziging van het koninklijk besluit van 25 april 2002, van toepassing vanaf 1 januari 2013 en vanaf 1 juli 2013) dat de bepaling betreffende de verhoging met 30 % van de standaardtijden voor de ziekenhuizen die niet onderhevig zijn aan artikelen 74 en 77 (van het koninklijk besluit van 25 april 2002) en die erkende stagediensten hebben om een volledige opleiding in de heelkunde en in de anesthesie te garanderen, en die voldoen aan de voorwaarde van artikel 46, § 3, 2°, a.1, werd opgeheven vanaf 1 juli 2013 ; het totaalaantal C-dagen voor de Riziv-patiënten in 2011; de erkenningen van verschillende diensten (hartkatheterisatie en neurochirurgie) en functies (intensieve zorg en gespecialiseerde spoedgevallenzorg) die op het moment van de berekening van het nieuwe onderdeel B2 bekend zijn.
