En 2011, la Belgique a soutenu sur la ligne budgétaire « diplomatie préventive » un projet d’assistance électorale de l’ONG ERIS (Election Reform International Services) intitulé « Voter Education in Tunisia – Outreach to Youth, Women and Rural Voters » (pour un montant de 153 625 euros).
In 2011 heeft België, in het kader van de “preventieve diplomatie”, “VoterEducation in Tunisia-OutreachtoYouth, WomenandRuralVoters” gesteund, een project over verkiezingssteun van de Ngo ERIS (Election, Reform International Services) en dit voor een bedrag van 153 625 euro.

Art. 2. Dans l'intitulé de l'arrêté du Gouvernement flamand du 9 septembre 2011 portant octroi d'une aide en application du programme flamand de développement rural relatif à la participation aux régimes de qualité alimentaire agréés par l'Europe et aux actions connexes de promotion de produits agricoles les mots « en application du programme flamand de développement rural relatif » et les mots « et aux actions connexes de promotion de produits agricoles » sont abrogés.
Art. 2. In het opschrift van het besluit van de Vlaamse Regering van 9 september 2011 tot het verlenen van steun met toepassing van het Vlaams Programma voor Plattelandsontwikkeling voor deelname aan Europees erkende voedselkwaliteitsregelingen en voor bijhorende afzetbevorderingsacties worden de woorden " met toepassing van het Vlaams Programma voor Plattelandsontwikkeling" en de woorden " en voor bijhorende afzetbevorderingsacties" opgeheven.

(5) Sur la base du document de travail élaboré conjointement par la Commission et le Conseil de l'Europe intitulé "Pathways towards Validation and Recognition of Education, Training and Learning in the Youth Field" (Voies vers la validation et la reconnaissance de l'éducation, de la formation et de l'apprentissage dans le domaine de la jeunesse), la conférence intitulée "Ponts pour la reconnaissance", qui s'est tenue à Louvain en janvier 2005 a permis d'élaborer différents moyens visant à l'évaluation et à la reconnaissance des périodes d'éducation, de formation et d'apprentissage dans le domaine de la jeunesse et de souligner la nécessité de mieux valider l'éducation et la formation non formelles.
(5) Op basis van het gezamenlijke werkdocument Pathways towards Validation and Recognition of Education, Training and Learning in the Youth Field (Wegen naar de validering en erkenning van onderwijs, opleiding en leren in de jeugdsector) van de Commissie en de Raad van Europa heeft de conferentie "Bridges for Recognition" (Bruggen voor erkenning) van januari 2005 in Leuven een aanpak voor de evaluatie en de erkenning van onderwijs, opleiding en leren in de jeugdsector ontwikkeld, en de noodzaak van een betere validering van niet-formeel leren beklemtoond.
