The project provided a forum for engaging regional partners in core activities concerning labour migrations, with the help of the ILO's experience. Seminars were organised in each region, for example on capacity building and social dialogue, and two sets of studies - on the situation of labour migration and on the relevant legislations - were conducted in 13 countries.

Votre rapporteur regrette de n'avoir pas pu utiliser le rapport concernant le projet intitulé «The Economic and Social Situation of Roma Women (RomWom)» de l'Institut des études sociales comparatives de Berlin pour élaborer le présent rapport, car le rapport RomWom n'était pas achevé lors de la rédaction du présent rapport.
