Celui-ci contiendra, je l'espère, des solutions structurelles en vue des contributions futures de la Belgique au GCF (Green Climate Fund) et au financement climatique en général, qui impliqueront toutes les entités politiques belges et prendront en compte tous les instruments financiers du régime climat international, tels que les flux bilatéraux, le Fonds d'environnement Mondial, le Fonds d'Adaptation, le Least Developed Country Fund et le Special Climate Change Fund.
