At the EU-US Summit a few days ago, we and the United States agreed to intensify the transatlantic economic partnership — an idea which certain Members of the European Parliament have supported for some time and which has been much advocated.
Wir haben mit den Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika vor einigen Tagen auf dem EUUSA-Gipfel vereinbart, dass wir die transatlantische Wirtschaftspartnerschaft intensivieren wollen — eine Idee, die bereits lange von Mitgliedern des Europäischen Parlaments vertreten wird und für die viel geworben wurde.

Ook mag gewezen worden dat de huidige pesticidenrichtlijn 91/414/EEG herzien wordt en in de toekomst vervangen zal worden door een verordening (“Proposal for a Regulation of theEuropean Parliament and the Council concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market”).

Dans certaines législations tel que REACH ou RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous of Substances), eco-design, bruit, qui sont desquelles on se concerte au niveau Européen dans divers ADCO (Administrative Cooperation for Market Surveillance group), les inspecteurs disposent d'un réseau européen leur permettant de communiquer entre eux pour faciliter les échanges d'informations sur ces produits non conformes et/ou dangereux (ICSMS (Information and Communication System for the Pan-European Market Surveillance), RAPEX (Rapid Alert System for dangerous non-food products) etc.
In sommige wetgevingen zoals REACH of RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous of Substances), eco-design, geluid, waarover op Europees niveau in diverse ADCO's (Administrative Cooperation for Market Surveillance group) overleg wordt gepleegd, beschikken de inspecteurs over een Europees netwerk, waardoor ze onder elkaar kunnen communiceren teneinde de informatie-uitwisseling over deze niet-conforme en/of gevaarlijke producten te vergemakkelijken (ICSMS (Information and Communication System for the pan-European Market Surveillance), RAPEX (Rapid Alert System for dangerous non-food products), en dergelijke.
