Hierin is meegedeeld dat Electricity Supply Board („ESB”, Ierland), een onderneming waarvan de staat meerderheidsaandeelhouder is, en Vodafone Ireland Limited („Vodafone Ireland”, Ierland), een volle dochteronderneming die deel uitmaakt van Vodafone Group Plc, in de zin van artikel 3, lid 1, onder b), van de concentratieverordening de gezamenlijke zeggenschap verkrijgen over een nieuw opgerichte gemeenschappelijke onderneming („JVCo”, Ierland) door de verwerving van aandelen.
